Looks like that is a rather good dremel job. But if the h22 head fits on the f22 then it would be logical to conclude that you could put that beast on the f I'm still thinking I'm sure that the block could care less which way it spins. It's the head and the tranny that's going to piss and moan if you get that backwards. I dont think by swapping the exhaust and intake cam will fix it, I would imagine you'd have to twist it like 90 or degrees out of sync. Log in. H22 vs K I've done some searching on these swaps and there's a lot of dispute. There's a lot of H fans and a lot of K fans. Majority says that the K20 swap is a better swap. Would a k20 swap really pull away from a H22 swap?
The H22 has more torque so I'm not sure how that makes sense. Is it just the transmission difference that gives the K20 the edge? If you go to youtube and search H22 vs K20 you find that these races are usually quite a big difference but I can't tell which one has which motor.
